Renee J. Packard

Renee Jane Packard, 80, of North Chesterfield, Virginia passed away peacefully on Saturday February 26, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Dexter Packard Sr. and her parents Daniel and Muriel Becchers. She is survived by her children Ronald Packard Jr (Jennifer), Michelle Odegard-Mitterer (Joe), Denise Moss(Steve) and Lisa Dunstan(Rick); grandchildren Hayley, Kayla, Justin, Laura, Ronnie, Steven,Tony and Laura. She also leaves behind her loving sister Jeanne Curley and nieces Jeannine (Roger) and Renee (Al) of Massachusetts.

Renee worked for Chesterfield County Public Schools Food and Nutrition Services for nearly 40 years. She recently retired after a successful and rewarding career. Renee loved her job and her co-workers whom she considered her second family.

She loved spending time with family and friends and never met a stranger. Renee enjoyed many activities including camping, fishing and traveling and was always ready for the next adventure. In addition to being a wonderful mother and grandmother, she was a beautiful friend and will be missed by many.

Family will receive friends Friday March 4th from 2-4 and 6-8 at Woody Funeral Home Huguenot Chapel. Funeral services will be at Woody on Saturday March 5th at 8:30am with interment to follow at Dale Memorial Park.
