Randy was born Dec 20, 1953 in Vernon, Tx. to Raymond and Bernice (Ellis) Black. He graduated from Midland Senior High School in 1972 then went on to attend Tarleton State College for a short time. He went on to marry his forever love Pamela Behrends on Jan. 12, 1974. He began working for Texas Electric in 1979 as a lineman. He retired with them in 2012. He enjoyed hunting, boy scouts, and being with his family and grandkids.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Bernice Black. He is survived by his love Pam Black. Daughter Stephanie and husband Patrick; granddaughters Lorelei and Jaycee Dufford of Rock Springs, Wyoming. Daughter Kristina and husband Brad, granddaughter Olivia and grandson Owen Agee of Greenwood, Tx. Son Sammy and wife Danielle, granddaughters Hailey, Cambrie, and grandson Colin Black of Austin, Tx.
A public visitation for Randall will be held Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ellis Resthaven Funeral Home, 4616 N Big Spring Street, Midland, Texas 79705. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 14, 2022 at 12:00 PM, 4616 N Big Spring Street, Midland, Texas 79705. A burial will occur Friday, October 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Resthaven Memorial Park, Midland, Texas. Char Stuart officiating
