After working several years at Sorg Paper Company, Norma Jo continued her career at Belk in Leesburg, Florida. She had a passion for life and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Argen Manning; brothers, Edward and Dalton Pettus; sisters, Toby Ann Cole and Shelby Jean Hamilton.
Norma Jo is survived by her daughters, Sharon Kay Heberling and Melissa Jo Skeans (Dan); grandchildren, Anna Root (Matthew), Brandon Margerum, Bradley Heberling, Chelsea Sears (Josh) and Caleb Skeans; great-grandchildren, Kaylynn Root, Lyla Root and Adelayde Sears.
