John served in the National Guard and worked at Armco Steel.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
John is survived by his wife of 54 years, Charlotte Marie (Cox) Koeppel; children, John M. Koeppel (Adelle Crews), Holly A. Koeppel, Scott A. Koeppel; grandchildren, April (Jeremy) Jackson, Jessica Koeppel, Cameron Koeppel, Allie Miller, Grace Koeppel; brother, Charles Raymond (Sandy) Koeppel.
Visitation will be from 12-1pm on Monday, May 8, 2023 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 1pm with Pastor James Anderson officiating. Burial will be at North Monroe Cemetery, Monroe, OH.
