Agood work friend and just a friend after retirement. Didn't spend alot of time one on one after work but did talk often. Will miss him and I am so sorry his family has to go thru this.

Roper was a trusted colleague, and faithful friend.  He was so dedicated to his job, his employees, and his friends.  I'm so very sad that his journey ended at such a young age.  I still think of him often and send my prayers and condolences to his family.  

Roper was our plant manager in Spartanburg SC.Such an awesome person. Always worried about his employees and tried to watch out for us.Hard to believe he's gone. The last message I got from him was Feb 7 saying his health wasn't very good.We hated it when he was transferred to Florida. After he left our plant was never the same.I always considered him a friend. Our family went through several trials during my time working with him and he was always there for us.

One of the best smiles and laughs!  Rest In Peace Roper!!

Roper was a pleasant soul. He looked at the positive in things and always found a way to make it work. He was deeply respected by his colleagues and will be missed.

I am so grateful we could make your last weeks so  joyful by bringing Jazz to you. You will be missed.

One of your favorite days of the year was yesterday! You loved getting us on April fool day! May you Rest In Peace.🙏🙏🙏
