Carol Ann Cook

Carol was preceded in death by her parents George William Butterfield and Dorothy Aleine Butterfield; brother, Michael 'Butterbean" Butterfield, and her son Mark Allen Crockett Jr.

Carol is survived by her husband, Jesse Douglas Cook Jr; her daughters, Crystal Crockett, Amanda Sheffield, Amber Dossett, Chelsea Crile; Son-in-law Ryan Crile; step-sons Rusty and Thomas Cook; 16 Grandchildren and one on the way.

She loved the beach, traveling, shopping, spending time with her friends and Gator Football (GO Gators!)

But the things that brought her the most joy in her life was her grandchildren, family and her dog Sadie.

Celebration of life will be held from 2:00-4:00PM on December 16, 2022 at Hardage-Giddens Holly Hill 3601 Old Jennings Road Middleburg, FL.
