She was born on May 5, 1954 in Pulaski, Virginia the daughter of Robert and Leanna (Stoots) Bentley.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Richardson; children, Chris and Curtis; grandson, Dylan; Rebie; brothers, Larry (Melinda) Bentley and Richard (Jackie) Bentley; nieces & nephews, Rose, Heather, Robbie, Taylor, Kimberly, and Danny; uncle, Kenneth Stoots, and sister-in-law, Pam Bentley.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, William Bentley.
A Graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton. Services are entrusted to GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg.
