Cathy Davidson

Age 57 of Franklin, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013 at her residence. She was born July 2, 1956 in Dayton to the late Claude and Marie Cantrell. In addition to her parents, Cathy was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Roy Bell Davidson on March 30, 2013 and her parents-in-law, Roy and Oleta Devoult. She is survived by her children, Justin D. Cantrell of Franklin, Sara Davidson of Middletown and Lacey [Matt] Fawley of Hillsboro; her precious granddaughter, Mariah; her brother, Carter Cantrell of Miamisburg; sister-in-law, Judy [Kieth] Frasure of Springboro and her little Jack Russell, Milo as well as other extended family and friends. Cathy was a 1974 graduate of Miamisburg High School and was employed for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many local long-term care facilities. Cathy was a “talker”, she loved spending time on the phone with friends and surrounding herself with family. She enjoyed walking, shopping garage sales and indulging in her favorite snacks. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM Friday, October 18, 2013 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg officiated by her brother-in-law, Pastor Kieth Frasure. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Miamisburg. Memorial contributions may be made to Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home at 508 E. Linden Ave., Miamisburg, OH 45342.
