Bill was born in Ravenna. Ohio . May 30,1946. He earned a bachelor degree from Youngstown State University in business. He worked many years as a computer operator at Miami Dade schools. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He enjoyed motorcycles, yard work and camping.
He leaves behind his wife Melinda (Mindy) Clark. A daughter Sherry Clark in Ohio. Two sons William Clark ,Cape Coral, Florida. And Michael Clark, Miami Florida
