Loving mother of Keith A. Foley (Lisa), Dean B. Foley (Lisa), Colleen F. O’Hara (Rory), and Kyle D. Foley (Paula).

Proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Emily Mae McGaha Lea and Jules J. Lea. Sister of Jules A. Lea and the late Shirley Mae Lea Maestri. Norma was also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her. Throughout her adult life she was devoted to helping others in the finance industry, and was employed at American Thrift Finance when she passed on. Age 81, a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of River Ridge. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Garden of Memories Funeral Home 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA on Monday, May 2, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM until funeral time. Interment will be private.
