Karissa Ann Wise

Karissa Ann Wise passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. She was 6 years old. Loving daughter of Clifford T. Wise Jr. and the late Elizabeth Marie Braddock Lamay, and step-daughter of Lawrence “T. J.” Lamay and Heather Trammell. Sister of Jason Lambert, Garrett Wise, Trent Wise, and the late Gavin Braddock. Step-sister of Brandon Trammell and Sophia Trammell. Granddaughter of Gilda and the late Cliff Wise, Sybil Cox, and Dee Brumley (James). Great-granddaughter of Mamie R. Wise and the late Arthur E. Wise. Niece of Lori and Darren Bordelon, Jennifer Forsythe (Craig), Sarah Twilbeck (Jason), and Chris Brumley. Cousin of Darren “D. J.” Bordelon, Alexis Bordelon, and many more. She was a lifelong resident of Kenner, and was enrolled in first grade at Audubon Elementary. Rissa was a perfect mix between a girly girl and a tomboy, who loved butterflies, having her face painted, singing and dancing, and also riding skateboards, going to the fair, and playing outside, especially with her brother Trent. Trent and Rissa were close to inseparable, sticking together even during school hours. She was always had a happy smile on her face, and loved everyone. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends from Audubon Elementary and elsewhere. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services from LEITZ-EAGAN Metairie, 4747 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, on Thursday evening, April 23, 2015 at 8:00.
