Barbara “Bobbie” Guillot-Viola, age 76, passed away on Saturday October 27, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Gene Joseph Viola, Sr. Loving mother of Gary Viola, Gene Viola, Jr. (Sue) and the late Barbara Ann Viola. Proud grandmother of Spencer Viola, Dylan Gutierrez, Jared Viola and Dan Lantz, Jr. Daughter of the late Louis and Ida Mae Guillot. Sister of Sherry G. Marino, Rodney L. “Monk” Guillot, Judy G. Filby and Suzanne G. Spiess. Bobbie graduated from Holy Cross College with a degree in Education and taught math and science at Our Lady of Divine Providence and Meisler Junior High. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Graveside Services will be held at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie on Monday November 5, 2012 at 10:00 am.
