Elizabeth Ann Craddock

Elizabeth Ann Craddock, age 74, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on September 13, 1949 in Yoakum, Texas to Bob and Clara Yaws and was raised in Yoakum, Texas and Houston, Texas. Elizabeth graduated from Austin High School in 1968, married John W. Craddock in 1969 and the couple had two children. She worked as a purchasing specialist for Eastfield College where she worked for more than 20 year.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoyed watching Hallmark movies, listening to Elvis, spending time with her children and grandchildren and spending time with her friends. Her family and friends will always remember her as a very caring, sweet person who loved her family and friends. She always put her family first.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband, John W. Craddock and her parents, Bob and Clara Yaws. Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Melanie Sell and spouse Brian Sell and their daughter, Morgan Sell, and Jonathan Craddock and his spouse Brynn Craddock, and their 3 children, Jaxson, Everly and Raylen, and her sister-in-law, Annette Yaws.

A visitation for Elizabeth will be held Thursday, August 8, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Anderson-Clayton-Gonzalez Funeral Home, 1111 Military Pkwy, Mesquite, Texas 75149. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 11:00 AM, 1111 Military Pkwy, Mesquite, Texas 75149. A committal service will occur Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 1:30 PM at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, Texas 75211.
