Randolph Stewart Goeman passed away March 11, 2014 in Mesa, Arizona. Randy was born December 25, 1950 in Manchester, New Hampshire to Evelyn Lavern Hawley Goeman and Robert Goeman. Randy was a kind and gentle soul with a winning smile that would light up the day. He was known to give you the shirt off his back and was especially kind to animals and children. His sense of humor was one of his best qualities. With his sharp mind and innovative talents, Randy was an electronic genius who created unusual ways to make things work such as his booby trapped car. As a civic minded person, Randy was also fond of his duties at the polling locations during election time. He was very close to his family and shared many years of good memories with them, especially his sister Penny. Randy will truly be missed and will always remain in our hearts. He is survived by his mother Evelyn Goeman; his sister Penny Pandelisev and his brother-in-law Kiril as well as many friends. Services will be held at a later date in Arcadia, Nebraska. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local Humane Society in Randy’s name.
