Heaven couldn't wait and on November 13, 2018 the gates opened and Justin was called back home. Even though we may not understand why, Justin always knew he had a higher purpose and had already resolved in his mind that when it was his time he would be prepared. Justin was born on November 4, 1994 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; however, he spent most of his life in between Arizona and California. He was a son, a little brother, a father and a friend to many. He was the epitome of what it meant to be the youngest child and he was definitely his mother's son. In his passing he left two pieces of him that will continue in his legacy, Justin Jr. and Lilly Love. He also left behind: his mother, Yvonne; sisters, Martysha and Shemika Duncan; brother Jason Gaines; stepbrother Myron Gaines; as well as his nephews and many cousins. Justin is not gone. His memories live in each and every one of us, his presence will be felt, and his spirit will forever linger in our hearts.
