Juanita Louise Nelson, 80, passed away September 5, 2013 in Tempe, Arizona. Juanita was born September 16, 1932 in McAlester, Oklahoma to James and Bertha Fisher. She will be dearly missed by many loving family and friends. Her memorial service will be held Monday, September 16, 2013 at 1:30pm at Lakeshore Mortuary; 1815 S. Dobson Rd., Mesa, AZ.
