Jesse Silva

Jesse had a rare complement of logical thinking skills and fluid creativity. He was a consummate musician, songwriter and recording engineer. He worked in the aerospace industry for 28 years and was recognized as an excellent employee and manager. He had an adventurous spirit, an endless curiosity, and was a bit of a dreamer, too. He loved the study of outer space. He loved nature, architecture, technology, exploring new places, and a good sci-fi movie. He was a devout Beatles fan. He was was mellow and funny and wise. He was quietly determined to accomplish whatever he took on. He valued tolerance, kindness and generosity and he embodied them all. He was a wonderful father, son, husband and friend. We loved him greatly.

Jesse is survived by his wife of 20 years, Michelle; son, David Silva; mother, Cruz “Christy” Silva; and brother, Florencio Silva. He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Silva.

A memorial service for Jesse will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 2:00pm at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 6747 East Broadway Road, Mesa, Arizona 85206.
