Jennifer Ann Rowan

Jenny is survived by her husband Keith Rowan. They were remarried on June 28, 2021, fulfilling her biggest wish after suffering the previous heart attack on Easter of 2021. They had shared life together for twenty-five years.

Jenny’s parents moved to Arizona when she was very young. Jenny graduated from Westwood High School in 1995 and took some college courses at Mesa Community College towards a nursing degree.

Being a caregiver was her passion. Caring for and helping people made her very happy and fulfilled.

Jenny was excellent at crafting and recently was learning to sew.

Jenny’s hobby was collecting ceramic cats and pigs and there are over a thousand.

Having no children, Jenny loved her four cats like children - Tinkerbell, Gizmo, Monkey and most recently Pooky with all her heart.

Jenny had an amazing, unique, playful and childlike attitude. Jenny was honest and would give the shirt off of her back to help others. That is what set her apart. You could depend on her heart of gold. Anyone who was lucky enough to be her friend was blessed.

Additional survivors include her parents, John and Brenda Grabek, her brother Josh Grabek, father and mother in law Tom and Deb Tison and many cherished family and friends.

In lieu of flowers please donate to an animal shelter or rescue of your choice. Jenny would appreciate that kindness.

Jenny is and will always be in our hearts.

A celebration of life for Jennifer will be held Sunday, December 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 South Dobson Road, Mesa, Arizona 85202.
