Janet I. Hart, 76, a Seamstress. of Mesa, Arizona passed away August 12, 2011. Janet was born February 28, 1935 in Sheboygan,Wisconsin to Elmer and Lorraine Richter. She is survived by her husband Charles G. Hart; daughters; Mary Hart and Julie Maciosek; brother Wayne Richter as well as one grandchild Thomas Ryan Maciosek.
