He was born in Mountainair, New Mexico on July 28, 1941.
He was married to Dianna Gail Hoyle on June 5, 1964 in Lakewood, California.
Jim worked in Telecommunications for USAF, GTE, Sprint and CCC until the late 80’s, then started as a Handyman.
He was a member of the Lions Club of Gilbert, Arizona as a VP and President and had a passion for his family, gardening plants and roses, and his cabin.
He is survived by wife Dianna of Gilbert, Arizona; daughter Kelly Willis and husband TJ of Williston, NC; son Ralph “Brad” Floyd and wife Abbie of Gilbert, Arizona. Grandchildren Alanna Hawn and husband Brett of Gilbert, Arizona; Travis Zuege of Chandler, Arizona; Andrew Floyd USN; Ashley Floyd of Windber, Pennsylvania; Carson and Carrie Floyd of Gilbert, Arizona; Great Grandchildren Brenen, Everett and Norah Hawn of Gilbert, Arizona.
Jim was preceded by his beloved son, Gary; brothers Timi and Berry Hoyle, Marvin and Wesley, grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles.
Jim will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
