Florence G. Nelson, 92, of Mesa, Arizona peacefully passed into God's hands on January 2, 2022. She was born February 28, 1929 in Bassett, Nebraska to Harry and Bessie Stahl. She was the 10th child of 11.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard A. Nelson, son Robert, daughter Betty Ann, parents Harry and Bessie Stahl and 10 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons Jerry Townsend (Wave), Howard (Butch) Nelson (Melodee), stepdaughters Colleen (Bruce) Bermel, Sharon Jolly, Joanne (Lamont) Lange, and Joyce Hamberger and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
