Carolyn Luanna Phelps, age 71, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021. Carolyn was born January 25, 1950.
A visitation for Carolyn will be held Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 400 South Power Road, Mesa, AZ 85206. A graveside service will occur Monday, November 29, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care.
