Born March 28, 2004 in Melbourne, the son of Michael Pulcini and Christy Mildrum. He is survived by his parents; sister, Kylie; grandparents, Kathy, Bob, Mickey, Sandra and Janice; aunts, Nicole and Tatianna; uncles, Brian, Jon, Donald, and Lane; cousins, Tyler, Anthony, Natalie and Benjamin; and extended family, Jay, Lori and Jim.
A 2022 graduate of Florida Preparatory Academy and a four-year member of ROTC, Vincent recently enjoyed pursuing his associate degree at Eastern Florida State College. An exceptional young man, beloved by so many, he excelled at most anything he set his mind to. A constant learner, Vincent was a man of many passions. He spoke Mandarin, cooked often, was learning to code in Python, played the ukulele, enjoyed building engineering projects, loved the outdoors and was an avid skateboarder and ping pong player. Furthermore, he could build anything: legos, origami, robotics, and more. Endlessly kind, he always helped his mother around the house and dug into projects with his father.
Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance on January 28, 2023; service at 10 am with reception to follow at Coastline Community Church, 409 E Eau Gallie Blvd, Indian Harbour Beach, 32937.
