Russell Reid entered into rest at home on July 20, 2022, surrounded by his loving wife Catherine and daughter Vanessa.
Survived by his wife Catherine of 44 years, daughter Vanessa Reid of Ashcroft BC. Son Jason (Krissy) of Millet, Alberta and 6 grandchildren as well as step grandchildren. Sister Cherly Ozero of Kamloops as well as numerous nieces and nephew of Kamloops. Numerous relatives in Ontario as well as many friends.
Russell was born in Huntsville, Ontario on August 2, 1952. In 1964 his family relocated in Lower Nicola and he has made it his home as well as in Merritt. He went to both Nicola Canford in Lower Nicola and MSS in Merritt.
He was predeceased by his parents Russell and Helen Reid, sister Barbara Dodding, nephew Blaine Alexander and his favorite Aunt Mazies Kerchefsky of Huntville, Ontario as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
There will no formal service at this time, by his request. But a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
