Tonia leaves behind her longtime companion, James Westmoreland, her children Shinique Winzer, Diamond Burns and step daughter Meagan Burns, brother Marcus Todd Sr., her sisters Gala Clayton, Leslie Smith, Pamela Todd, Latisha Todd, Marquita Todd, Shawana Bradford, Shawan Bradford, her God Children Mariesha Miles and Marcus Todd Jr. Tonia was Preceded in Death by her parents Lavone Todd And Will Potter, Roosevelt Burns, Carolyn Austin, Lorraine Shaw, Elfonisce Robinson, Annie Mae Shepherd.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday November 20, 2014 from: 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B Street Merced CA, 95341. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday November 21, 2014 at 12:00 P.M. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home.
