Rogelio Villarreal Jr. was born December 21, 1955 in Livermore, CA to Rogelio and Maria Villarreal and passed away on February 9, 2012 in Merced, CA at the age of 56.
He was a graduate of Merced High School and a devout Catholic. Rogelio was an avid fisherman and comic book collector. His hobbies included leather tooling and decoupage.
Rogelio was preceded in death by his father, Rogelio Villarreal Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Maria Villarreal of Merced; brother, Ramiro of Merced; sisters, Rose, Angie, Ana, Diana, and Lucy of Merced; daughters, Tracy of Chula Vista, CA Christina and Vanessa of Merced; grandchildren, Aubrey of Merced, Nancy, Sergio, and Abby of Chula Vista, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2012 from 2:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home. Recitation of the Rosary will be on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. with services to follow at 11:00 A.M at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home.
