Anita Dominguez Gomez

On Monday, August 22, 2022, Anita D. Gomez loving wife of Antonio R. Gomez passed away. Anita is a mother of nine children, Anita is loved by her 23 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, 25 great great grandchildren. Anita is survived by her 4 daughters and 3 sons, many grandchildren. Anita is preceded in death by her husband Antonio R. Gomez and her son Ricardo Flores, son Ruben Gomez, great grandson Curtis Paul Coffman, and great great granddaughters Araceli Rosalina, Brandy Ellena and Autum Rose Daniels

Anita was born in Sinton Texas on February 1, 1929. Anita and Antonio migrated in pursuit of work to support their family. In the early 1960's Anita moved to many states within the United States of America as a migrant until she settled in Merced California. She continued as a migrant laborer in Merced region until she found work in a local canary. Anita lived a life of hard labor. She did the hard work for her children, she smiled, she sang, she loved, she hugged, she made tortillas, she will be missed. She is loved and very much appreciated.

When Anita retired, she found BINGO! Bingo became her passion, and she deserved every minute of fun, friends and outings to casinos. Anita's last game of bingo was June 11, 2022. She thanks everyone who accompanied her to bingo and everyone who paid for her bingo. Anita may be in heaven, but we still feel the love and happiness she instilled upon us.
