It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William (Billy) Norton on November 16, 2024, from natural causes at the age of 73. He leaves behind his spouse of 50 years, Donna Norton, two children, Johnny Norton and Terry Bell, and 8 grandchildren. A private gathering will be held at a later date. The family asks that donations be made to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital instead of flowers and gifts.
