Tammy Jacobs

Tammy Gordon Jacobs, 56, passed away on January 20th, 2018 after fighting a courageous battle against brain cancer. She was at home in Germantown, TN, surrounded by her family. Tammy was an RN for Baptist Hospital and loved working with her colleagues. She was an outstanding mother and devoted wife, always putting the interests of her son Michael and husband Ed first. Her work ethic was second to none. The love she had for her family and friends will never be forgotten.

She is survived by Husband Ed and son Michael, Her Mother Nancy Gordon of Ft. Myers Florida, Her brother Thomas Gordon of Wyckoff NJ and his wife Michele and sons Tommy Chris and Ryan, and her Sister Sandy Gordon of Hawthorne NJ.
