Rebecca H. Bobbitt of Memphis, died at her home on October 4, 2024. Visitation will be on October 14 beginning at 9:00 am with services immediately following at 10:00 am. Visitation and services are being handled by Family Funeral Care with burial at Memphis Memory Gardens. She was an active member of Colonial Baptist Church for 70 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Lee Bobbitt, Jr., and son in law Wayne Thies. She leaves two daughters, Linda Thies of Overland Park, KS and Becky Paysinger of Brighton, TN; a son, Richard Bobbitt (Teresa) of Collierville; a sister, Anne Armstrong of Memphis; 8 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Samaritans Purse or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
