Keith Hiwan Harwell

Born in 1947, in Enville, TN, Keith was the son of the late Waeford Paul Harwell and his wife, Muriel.

Keith graduated from Kingsbury High School in Memphis in 1965. He later attended Memphis State University where he received his degree in accounting.

He served our country in the United States Army and was a Vietnam veteran.

Keith retired from FedEx and spent his later years doing things he enjoyed. He attended the First Baptist Church of Somerville, where he enjoyed social gatherings and playing dominoes. He was an avid golfer and up for a game whenever the weather allowed. Mostly, he enjoyed spending time and sharing a meal with friends and family.

He leaves behind a daughter, Amy Harwell; a son, Brian Harwell; a brother, Chris Harwell; a sister, Paula Mormon, and her family.

Military honors will be on Wednesday, January 3rd starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Rotunda at the West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Road, Memphis, TN 38125.
