Kandy Mannette Parker, age 57, of Hernando, Mississippi, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022. She was born August 29, 1965, in Mobile, Alabama, to George Edward Culley and Mary Helen O'Neil Culley.
She graduated from Randall Christian Academy and Memphis State University. She formerly worked for the United Way of Memphis and Life Blood of Memphis.
Kandy will be remembered for her beautiful smile, wonderful laugh, and warm heart. She was very outgoing, full of life, and never met a stranger. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Tony Parker; dogs, Max and Karma; brother, Gary Culley (Tina); and nieces and nephews, Teresa Hardesty, Christopher Culley, Eric Culley, Kasey Kirschner, and Megan Kirk. She was preceded in death by her brother, Aubrey Culley and her parents.
The family will receive friends at visitation on Monday, December 19 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN. Funeral services celebrating her life and legacy will be held on Tuesday, December 20 at 10:00 AM, at the funeral home. Burial will be private, in Memphis Memory Gardens.
