Jo Evelyn "Jody" Taylor

Jo Evelyn "Jody" Taylor, 77, of New Orleans, LA and formerly Memphis, TN, died on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. A member of Central Church in Collierville, TN and was the former owner of the Bayberry Gift Shop in the Regalia Center. She was preceded in death by her daughters Gloria and Deborah Pagan. She is survived by her former husband, Jerry F. Taylor and a host of friends in both New Orleans and Memphis. There will be a gathering on Friday, the 24th of February beginning at half past twelve until funeral services begin at two o'clock in the afternoon all at Memphis Funeral Home, Fifty-Five Ninety-Nine Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119. Her former pastor and close friend Jimmy Latimer will lead the services on Friday. Any contributions in Jody's honor may be offered to the American Cancer Society .
