Gerry Franklin Sims, 80, passed away May 22, 2018. He was born October 21, 1937. He was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Cheryl Sims.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Betty J. Sims, his sons, Steve (Risa) Sims and Tim Sims, his daughters Cindy (Dan) Dawson and Pam (Gary) Sparks. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm, Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Family Funeral Care. Services will be held at 2 pm Thursday, May 24, 2018 also at Family Funeral Care with burial to follow at Memphis Memory Gardens.
