Emma Jean Moore

Emma Jean Moore, 80, native Memphian, passed away on June 17, 2013 after a long illness. She was a longtime parishioner of St. James Catholic Church and a resident of Ave Maria Home in Bartlett. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Fred J. Moore; her brother Robert L. Stott and parents, Earl B. and Anna Frances Stott. She is survived by her children, Raymond Moore (JoAnne), Becky Millican (Eddie), Fred S. Moore (Gail) and Michael Moore (Mary Anne) of Memphis and Father Daniel F. Moore of Baltimore, MD; sisters-in-law, Bobbie J. Stott of Memphis, TN, Donna Logan (Dave) of Boca Rotan, FL, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, four nieces, one nephew and many friends. A rosary service will begin at 3:30 with visitation following from 4-7 pm at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Ave. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, June 21 at 11 am at St. James Catholic Church.
