Annie Mae Griggs aka “Cookie” was born March 28, 1949 and raised in Memphis, TN. She passed away on Saturday September 10, 2022 in Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mable lucille Crawford; her father, Sam joyner; her brother, Samuel “Sunny” Rupert; and her beloved, Charlie Lee Griggs.
Cookie leaves to cherish her memory her son, Bilio G. Renfroe Sr.; her grandson, Bilio G Renfroe II;six sisters and two brothers. She influenced many lives and will always live on in our hearts and minds.
A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022, 10:00 am at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN 38122.
