Anne enjoyed boating, fishing and spending time with friends. She was a homemaker and worked as a substitute teacher in the Shelby County School System.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Michael Mays; her son, John Mays and his wife Brianne of St. Louis, MO.; her grandson, Andrew Mays who lovingly referred to Anne as 'Mimi'; and one sister, Jan Hanson and husband Larry of Southaven, MS.
