Born on July 2, 1955, in Lockport, NY, she is the daughter of Burton and Joyce (Burch) Stamp Sr.
In 1972, Darlene graduated from Royalton Hartland High School, where she was an active participant in School Musicals, Chorus, and all County Chorus. She was a LPN and worked for the Newfane Health Facility and was a member of the Oak Orchard Assembly of God Church. In her spare- time she enjoyed reading and writing poetry.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Roosevelt Little Sr., her seven sons: Frederick Evans, Steven, James, David, Michael (Kimberly) Klotzbach, Jonathan and Roosevelt Little Jr., five grandchildren: Xavier Evans, Breanna, Madelyn, Gabriel Klotzbach and Karson Little. Surviving siblings are: Burton E. Stamp Jr., Sharon (John) Maahs, Yvonne (John) Sims, Denise (Bruno) Mangiola, Darryl (Tracy) Stamp Sr. Melissa Young. Also, her special extended family: Jimmy John and Carla, Devon and Leland Glena, Jody and Mark Blanchard, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, January 29, 2013, from 11 AM- 1 PM at the Oak Orchard Assembly of God Church, 1211 Ridge Rd. Medina, NY 14103, with a funeral service at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Stanley A. Thurber officiating.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Oak Orchard Assembly of God Church.
