Vickie Lee Rapp

Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, Clotha Werner Jr and Peggy Loftis Werner.

Vickie is survived by her brother, Barry A. Werner.

In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.

Vickie will be buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Richmond, Virginia.
