Toby Brown Harvin, age 90 passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 17, 1934, to the late Thomas William Brown and Kate Charles. In addition to her parents, she was greeted at Heaven's Gate by her husband of 56 yrs, Hugh (Bud) W. Harvin and her fur babies, Cricket and Benji.
Toby was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed the beach and playing cards. She loved animals (especially dogs) and never met a stranger.
She is survived by her daughter, Katherine (Kathy) Harvin Gibbs and Son-in-Law, Rusty.
