Mr. Roger Ned Bradford, age 77 of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away December 4, 2016. He was born in Toccoa, Georgia, the eighth of nine children of the late James Franklin and Mary Lamar Thacker Bradford. Ned was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Carol Eva Sheffield Bradford. Ned was an entrepreneurial automobile salesman, having owned and operated many car lots in the Atlanta area. He also owned County Line Lake on Highway 155, where countless friends and neighbors fished and spent time with Mr. Ned. He loved fishing and traveling. Survivors include his children, Alan (Tina) Bradford of St. Pete Beach, FL, Joy (Alex) Thomas of McDonough; grandchildren, Justin Alan Bradford, Jordan Patrick Bradford, Kaylee Alixandra Speltz, Dean William Sanders, Summer Joy Sanders, Channing Alexis Thomas; sister, Kathy Bradford Thurman. Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016 – 1:00 pm at Haisten Funeral Home. Friends may visit the family one hour prior to the service.
