Mr. Glenn Buchanan of Locust Grove, Ga passed away on March 31, 2021. Glenn was born in Carrollton, Ga to Rayford Buchanan and Mary Orzabal Buchanan.
Glenn worked for many years in law enforcement serving in multiple jurisdictions in the Metro Atlanta area as well as in Alaska. Glenn returned to Georgia where he worked as a firearms instructor at the Forsyth Police Academy. Most recently he was working at the Social Security Administration. He loved his family and friends and most of all his Catholic faith.
Glenn is preceded in death by his father and survived by his wife Veronica, daughter Shelby, mother Mary, sister Sonja and his beloved fur babies Sophie, Khai, Dux, Miko and Kassie.
A funeral mass will be held Thursday April 8, 2021 at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church in McDonough, Ga at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park.
