Born in 1951, Dale spent his first few years in Senoia, GA and then moved with his family to Hapeville, GA. He graduated from Hapeville High School, received a BA in Art from the University of West Georgia and a graduate degree from the Atlanta School of Art.
Dale enjoyed painting, photography, and restoring old cars in his free time. Dale was employed by Northwest Airlines for 20 years. He loved spending time on Tybee Island and in Provence.
Dale was preceded in death by his father, James Calhoun Mann, Sr., and his mother, Mildred Kathleen Mann. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Marie-Helene Mann, his two sons, Alexander and Nickolas, and his two brothers James and Randall.
Dale was a kind soul that will be missed by his family and friends.
