Bryan Allen Driskell

Bryan Allen Driskell, age 54, of McDonough, Georgia passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018. Bryan was born November 15, 1963 in Atlanta, GA to William and Janet Driskell. After graduating from North Clayton High School, Bryan went on to West Georgia college and attended Clayton State College. He pitched baseball in college and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. He was known to many as "Papa Dawg". A couple of his hobbies were furniture building and ancestry facts about his family. Also known as "Big Sexy", Bryan's greatest joy was his family, especially his wife, whom he adored. He was preceded in death by his father; his grandparents, George and Louise Huff; and his grandmother, Mariam Miller. Bryan is survived by Jenny Driskell; sons, Robbie (Jennifer) Rogers, Jeremy (Kara) Driskell; daughter, Brianna (Pat Avery) Driskell; grandchildren, Marley Rogers, Ayden Johnson, Sutton Driskell; mother, Janet Bray; brothers, Brad (Lorri) Driskell, Chris (Sherry) Driskell; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of great friends. "Go Dawgs!!" A visitation for Bryan will be held Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held Monday, August 13, 2018 at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bryan's name to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
