Mary Ann Cooper

Mary Ann Cooper, 85, of Maysville died Monday, March 24, 2014 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was the widow of Roy Cooper who died in 1998. Mrs. Cooper was born in Mason County, Kentucky on June 27, 1928 the daughter of the late Foster and Sarah Moran. She is survived by two daughters, Linda Pritchard (Bill) of Maysville, KY and Mary Mason (Harris) of Sardinia, OH; three step-children, Ruth Littleton (Jerry), Bertha Robierson both of Maysville, KY and Ralph Cooper (Cheryl) of May’s Lick, KY; three grandchildren, Brad Pritchard (Hillary), Danny Mason (Becky) and Angie Craig (Bob); one great grandchild, William Cameron Pritchard; several step-grandchildren; several step-great grandchildren and one sister, Dora Carrington of Minerva, KY. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one step-son, Stanley Cooper. Funeral services for Mary Ann Cooper will be held at the Knox and Brothers Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 29, 2014 with Pastor Kraig Walker officiating. Burial will be in the Shannon Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Danny Mason, Bob Craig, Brad Pritchard, Riley Robierson, Roy Lee Robierson and DeWayne Mason. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service.
