Our Dear Marilyn or "My Dear Marilyn" as my Mom always referred to her as throughout my life. I have so many memories and happy times spent with her and will always remember her expressive eyes and soft laughter. She made a lot of my clothes when I was a child and I still have the dress she made for my Barbie doll.  My Mom treasured their friendship and told me that if in your lifetime you have one true unconditional friend then you were truly blessed. Marilyn and Mom had that friendship and I know how special that has always been for my Mom and our family. This is a rough time for the family and friends and everyone whose life was touched by Marilyn and she will be missed. My
thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

While not enjoying the plesure of your acquiantence, I grew up during the 30's as a Wilson Mills neighbor of your Dad, Norm. Also, I had the priviledge of going through six years of high school with your Mom. Additionaly, the many class reunions she put together. 
My sincere condolences to the family and, especially to her close friend, Russ Ewart.
"The Lord Giveth, and The Lord Taketh", all for a Devine purpose, Marilyn served so well.

Marilyn was a lovely lady, whom I feel fortunate to have known all of my life. She truly was my Mom's best and dearest friend, so we all have many great memories throughout the years. My thoughts and prayers will continue to be with all of the Huelsman & Ewart families, and as Christians, we know we will all be together again. My love to all.

My mother-in-law was an amazing person.  It has been such an honor and a privilege for me to be a part of this family for almost 30 years.  From the moment I met mom â€“ she made me feel like one of her own.  Her and dad raised three exceptional children and I was lucky enough to meet and marry one of them.  Watching their care and concern for their mom over these last few months has made me love them even more.  In all the years I've known her she has never said a negative word about anyone.  So many others could take lessons from her on how to be kind, non judgmental and a true Christian.  My husband David, Dale and Beth have lost a terrific mom and friend and all of the children have lost a wonderful grandmother.  Our Uncle Elliott is grieving the loss of his only sister and I personally want to thank him, Aunt Barbara and all the cousins for their love, prayers and support.    I love you all!

I will always remember my Aunt Marilyn with such love. As her niece (Elliott's daughter)...So many fond memories growing up coming to stay there at her home, and if we were lucky getting to sleep outside in the pop-up camper.  Sneaking into the woods behind the house for an adventure OR pajama parties in the living room until all hours with ALL the cousins....where we hoped certain people would not remove their socks!  Aunt Marilyn ALWAYS SERVING us !  and with such a calming presence and such grace.  She always had a place set at the table and never would she sit down to eat until everyone else was served.  (at times there might have been 11 or more people staying there in her home on Parker Drive)  
Aunt Marilyn, We love you and miss you but know you are with Jesus.  We are SO sorry we cannot be there with all of you at this time.

Dave and family - please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of your mom.  Even though I had not seen her in recent years, I would always get a Christmas card from her - she was a very nice lady.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss.  The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.
