Marian Regina Trout

Marian Regina (nee Petti) Trout, 96, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Matriarch January 13, 1928 – November 15, 2024. The world lost a bit of its light at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, when Marian Regina (Petti) Trout passed away at the age of 96, she left this world surrounded by her family. She was born on January 13, 1928 in East Cleveland, Ohio and lived most of her life there. She graduated from Shaw High School and worked at General Electric for 20 years. Marian is survived by her daughter, Linda Gomillion Herbert of Cave Creek, AZ; her sons, Steven Gomillion (Margaret) of Bratenahl, Ohio and Michael Gomillion (Stephanie) of Willoughby Hills, Ohio; her grandchildren, Christopher Herbert, Benjamin Herbert, Daniel Gomillion (Erika), Tricia Gomillion Nieser (Pat), Bridget Gomillion Szymczyk (Matt), Caton Gomillion, Michael Gomillion (Jenna), Krystal Schadle, Alessandra Caserio and Joseph Nero; and her great-grandchildren, Declan, Leo, Enzo, Keily, Maggie, Cara, Isla Florence, K’Leigh, Isabella, Jayden and many more beloved family members. Marian was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Trout; her parents, Dominic and Mary Petti; and her brothers, Donald Petti (Yolande) and Richard Petti (Geraldine). Marian loved dancing, shopping, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
