JAMES C. PARKS age 83, passed away on October 2, 2023. Beloved husband of Grace (nee Muzic) for 43 years; dearest father of Janet Hahn, James Parks III (Gayle), stepfather of Stan Meeks (Kelly), Deborah Davis (deceased) and Shirley Walls (deceased); devoted grandfather of 15 and great grandfather of 6; dear brother of Joanne Smith and Linda Rainey; loving uncle and friend of many.
