ANTHONY RAGANO, on May 5, 2013 of Massapequa, New York. Beloved husband of the late Dora Ragano with 65 years of marriage. Loving father of Anita (Stan) and Lori. Cherished grandfather of Brian. Fond brother of Jean, and the late Philip, Sal, Millie, Emily, Mary, and Lee. Anthony served in the United States Army during World War II. Worked for the New York City Department of Sanitation. Adored by his dog Mistry. Anthony loved playing cards and working on his crossword puzzles. "Dad was very devoted to his wife and daughters". "He was very calm, never complained, and truly a very loving person".

Visitation will be held on Thursday, calling hours are 2:00 to 4:30 and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. ~

Funeral mass will be on Friday, at 9:45 a.m. at Maria Regina RC Church, 3945 Jerusalem Avenue, Seaford, NY 11783 ~

Interment to follow, St. Charles Cemetery, Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, New York. ~
