Michael was born on January 26, 1955 to Jack Eaton and Laura Gifford who preceded him in death. He was born in Lansing, Michigan and raised in Williamston, Michigan.
Michael was a devoted husband to his loving wife of 45 years Laurel Carson, and loved his children, and grandchildren very much. In his spare time Michael enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Michael was preceded in death by his brother Jerry Eaton, special aunt Ila Wilson, adopted father Cecil Carson. He is survived by his wife Laurel Carson, son Michael Carson Jr., daughter Cara (Jeff) Miller, grandchildren Quentin Ottney-Carson, and Jordan Miller, brother Monty Carson, sister Jaquie Eaton, and several nieces and nephews.
